Up All Night Baking began with late nights in my kitchen, birthday candles on the counter, and cakes made just to see my kids’ faces light up. What started as something for my own family quickly grew when friends began asking for their own custom creations. Then friends of friends reached out, and my Lemont kitchen slowly became part of other families’ celebrations, too.
Today, I still bake the same way I did in the beginning. Everything is made from scratch, in small batches, using family recipes passed down from my Italian and Irish grandmothers, and a whole lot of heart.
