Our Story
If you ever wonder how Up All Night Baking got its start, it began with birthday candles, sticky fingers, and late-night baking experiments in my own kitchen.
I started making elaborate cakes for my kids because I wanted their birthdays to feel magical. Friends saw them and asked, “Can you make one for us?” Soon, neighbors were requesting cupcakes and cookies. What started as something small slowly grew into something much bigger, becoming part of not only my family’s celebrations but yours, too.
Everything is still made the same way it was from the beginning, right here in my home kitchen in Lemont.
I bake in small batches, using family recipes passed down from my grandmothers, one from Italy and one from Ireland. Nothing is rushed through a machine. Every cake, every cupcake, and every cookie is scratch-made with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.
Up All Night Baking is a licensed home bakery operating under local Cottage Food Laws. I also hold current food handling and allergy awareness certifications, so you can feel confident that your desserts are prepared with both creativity and care.
At the heart of it all, this bakery is about joy. It is about creating something beautiful, personal, and delicious that makes your celebration feel truly special and a little sweeter.
